Do I get any advantage for my first buy in Credits?                                                                                  

Yes, after your first credits purchase, you get 15 Credits Bonus + 30 days Full Access at Movie Section and the Best Recorded Shows. After 30 days your access will be restricted, until the next credits purchase.   

When I try to join I get the error "email already in use". Why?
It's likely that you are already a member of websites. To retrieve your login information please click HERE. Another possibility is that you used such email account to register as a performer or a studio owner. In this case you will have to use a different email account to register as a member.

Why do I need to confirm my email address?
You need to confirm your email address to get the Activation Code for security reason. We will never send spam to you e-mail box or sell your address to anybody.

I never received the confirmation email with the code. What can I do?
It's common that some free email services like Hotmail or Yahoo have spam filters enabled by default that might have possibly blocked our email with the confirmation code for some reason Please check your "trash box" to see if by any chance our email was moved there automatically. I not try to get our system to resend it here.

Can I send my friend to spend money on your site?

Yes, you can send all your friend, by using our automatically system from your account options.  For everyone you send to spend money on our site , we give you 30% from all money they spend.

How long can I use my free membership for?
The duration of your free membership is unlimited.

Do I need to re-join if I want to use another screen name during the chat sessions?
No, you can just update it on your "profile page" after you log in.

Why I can free video chat with just some of your models?
The performers can actually select to offer free video chat or not. The models that offer this options have the logo "free chat" under their pictures on the "who's live page".

Will I ever have to pay to chat with the models?
It is 100% free to video chat with the models. If you decide to take the models to an uncensored live show you will have to purchase credits.

I purchased some credits. How can I check my balance?
Just simply click on "ACCOUNT" after you log in, and your stats, will show up in that table.

How much are the prices to watch the uncensored live shows?
We offer two ways of uncensored shows.

1.       The PRIVATE CHAT. You will be in a private chat room with the model and watch the uncensored show but it might be possible that you will have to share the model's attention and care with other members.

2.       The V.I.P. CHAT. You will be in a one to one uncensored private chat room with the model and no other people will be able to access and interfere.
The prices for such forms of shows are decided by the models.  

I am not happy with the quality of the paid show what shall I do?
If you experience technical problems during the show please report them to us and we will be happy to refund you the credits to your account. Please provide us with the transaction id that you can find in your "Account page", the model name and the reason of the refund request. Please do not ever chargeback your credit card transaction or you will not be able anymore to purchase credits anymore on our network of sites and many other websites that share our credit can processor's blacklist. If you had a problem and or you were not satisfied just contact us and we will help in any possible way.

I can't see all the models performing on your site. Why?
Because of privacy reasons some models might block access to visitors living in particular areas states or countries.

Can I make money too with your websites?
At the moment we have two ways for you to make money.

1.       By performing live on our sites as a cam model you can earn 45% from all privates shows, plus 1$/hour for free chat, and 30% from all money spend by your referring costumers.

2.       By referring new customers to us and earning 30% of what they spend on our sites for life.

It's likely that your PC is missing the Java Virtual Machine. (This normally happens with some versions of Microsoft Windows XP). Please chose the version for your platform and download it for  free of charge directly from the producer HERE.

The video on the free chat is very slow. Will it be so slow also in the Private Chat and V.I.P. Chat too?
Absolutely not. The video on the free chat is set to 15 frame per second while during paid session: it can reach 25 frames per second depending on your connection speed.
